Singh offers high quality and sustainable new-Indian food with added Nordic flavors. Singh’s vision is to offer Oslo modern, sustainable and affordable meals. Singh’s success from serving at several Indian state visits in Sweden has inspired him to develop Indian street food with added Nordic flavors. Singh wants to take Norwegians’ experience of his home country’s food to new heights.
